Help I need xserver 1.13.0 for my AMD Catalyst 13.1

So I got myself linux mint 14 and put it on a usb then booted up . When in menu I opened file manager scrolled to /usr/bin . I then copied Xorg and emailed the 1.13.0 xserver to my linux mint 17 xfce . Scrolling into /usr/bin I deleated Xorg and replaced with mint 14 Xorg . Reboot now I have a blue screen . Enter , enter , enter ok now command line time for the fun stuff .

startx -- -depth 16

but it seems to have error module ABI major (15) dosen't match the servers version (13) . I want to keep xserver 1.13.0 on my AMD Radeon HD4250 for a AMD Catalyst 13.1 upgrade . Any ideas on how to trick linux into thinking the 1.13.0 is compatible with linux mint 17 xfce ? I also would like to stop it from upgrade when sudo aptitude safe-upgrade or others like .

This is a great way to mix and match your flavors . You can custimize with all distrobitions nearly the ends may be endless . Mabie RPM will be used with Linux if the right codes are made . Also with startx -- -depth 16 we need to make icons in desktop contain more colors . The lack of results in amplified crap show amplified crap add more and the processors will make them florent with beuty this code may be loved . Imagine I beleive the article said 16,000 colors prosessed through 16 making chamelion technology from my guess .

ps Some of you may say 1.12.? is the end of support but I read with the updates a 1.13.0 will run the catalyst aswell . Just need to find them .

this stuff may all be out-dated by actually using 1.13.0 like sugested . I want to know how to lock in the listed gear so it wont upgrade either .
