CentOs LINUX Server CPU usage 100%

I have linux centos server and few days before it was working fine. But now my server is not responding. I logged into my server by SSH access and after analyzing the server I found a command which is running continues and writing commands automatically and as I terminate the current command after a sec other commands runs and carry on writing commands.

Then I strace the command with PID and got this type text which is given below:

Can anyone help me in resolving this issue and for time being I have limited the CPU usage for this PID by cpulimit command.

Please let me know any solution so that I can remove this script from my server.
