HW RAID10 without TRIM support with SSD

Recently we purchased new server for Database with 1TB x 4 SSD in Hardware RAID 10, but my Hardward RAID doesn't support TRIM so you think it is going to be big deal?

Is there anyway i can do software base TRIM on SSD?
