Making a secret to take contents of a file encode it and outputs to a file and to be able to decrypt the message

Script names :make secret, read secret

makesecret takes the content of the file msg-norm and encodes it and outputs the encrypted message to the file msg-mixed

readsecret then decrypts the msg-mixed file back to the original message
