Perform task on waking up from suspend

I have program that misbehaves when my pc wakes up from suspend to ram, it starts using up to 40% of processor time so i usually have to kill it manually.

How can i set specific command (pkill in this example) to be executed every time system wakes up from suspend to ram (or hibernation).
