(Free) Cluster management system for small cluster?

I am considering using either Torque/MAUI or Slurm for a small computer cluster I am setting up. I intend to have between 16 and 20 computers, each with 4 or 8 cores.

I want it to be robust handling long queues. Which system is better for this purpose, Torque+Maui or Slurm?
