How to run Firefox in script-mode

I have a small problem. I want to save webpage using firefox "SAVE" button and then click the "Next" button to the next page and save it. Totally I have 1000 pages to be stored. Apparently I can't do it manually. It takes ages. The webpage is not possible downloaded by wget because it is not simply html files. They are javascript files. Any good idea ? Thanks
