Kali internet error-- High RX packets and TX packet error Ping working

I'm a new Linux user who just switched to Kali Linux. However, it appears that I am unable to browse the internet with iceweasel though ping works fine. Further inspection with ifconfig and iwconfig shows that there is high TX-packer and RX-packet error as attached in the image below. Would anyone know how to resolve this? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
