TouchScreen Issue In Arch Linux

I'm using Arch Linux on a Sony Vaio SVF15219 which supports touch events through an Atmel maxtouch digitizer. My problem is, that if I select the close button in touchscreen I have to touch around 2 cm below it.

I have tried xinput calibration but it didn't work.

Any Help Would Be Appreciated.
