TouchScreen Issue In Arch Linux

I'm using Arch Linux on a Sony Vaio SVF15219 which supports touch events through an Atmel maxtouch digitizer. My problem is, that if I Want to select the close button in touchscreen I have to touch around 2 cm below it.In addition to that, In order to achieve the above Criteria I have to run xinput set-int-prop "Atmel Atmel maXTouch Digitizer" "Evdev Axis Calibration" 32 -14 4094 180 4247 Command at startup.

I have tried xinput calibration but it didn't work.

Any Help Would Be Appreciated.
