wl - [phy0]mon0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device

My question is same as this Question On ubuntu 14.04 LTS, I run the command airmon-ng start wlan0 And the output shows wl - [phy0]mon0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device After this I run "iwconfig", it shows ESSID:off/any. I also kill the processes that could cause trouble. But I can't get out of this trouble. Help me please.
