Installing sound card on debian 7.7 failed

I have just installed debian. When I wanted listen to musics I found there is no sound. So I tried to install sound driver:

$ sudo apt-get install alsa-utils --reinstall
$ tar -xvf alsa-lib_1.0.25.orig.tar.bz2   # Dowloaded
$ ./configure && make
$ sudo make install
$ sudo alsa force-reload

But I don't have sound even... I had tried this solution on ubuntu 14.04 before and was correct.
