Debian install no CD-Rom found on Thinkpad X220

im currenty having the problem that the Debian installer wont detect my USB

I have a Thinkpad X220 UEFI BIOS version somewhere around 2011

I will explain what I did here:

  1. I installed Windows 7

  2. I downloaded the image from http://ift.tt/1xlIcRK

  3. I selected the iso in unetbootin and let it write it on to my fat32 32GB USB Stick

  4. I copied the raw iso again on the USB because debian.org told me

  5. I ran setup.exe and selected graphical and KDE

  6. I restarted the PC from now the same happens wether i start it from the windows selection or the usb itself

  7. When it wants to find a cd-rom it doesnt find any because its a usb not a cd and my x220 has no Cd-rom device

  8. It doesnt let me continue and even when i "mount /dev/sdb /cdrom" it doesnt help because it says "invalid Argument" and if i try to Access sdb i get a permisson denied or a couldnt Access folder sdb. But its definitely there

What could the problem be? http://ift.tt/13PA3sL says its supported
