linux red-hat 6.4 + how to install desktop GUI on my linux machine

I have Linux red hat machine

more /etc/redhat-release 
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.4 (Santiago)

I have few questions

1. is it possible to install desktop on this Linux version if so then how ( and which packages ? )


2. After I installed the desktop packages ( is it possible to connect VIA RDP from my Linux mstsc to other WIN XP PC ? )
