Debian - Thinkpad X220 mute button muting Master and Speaker, not unmuting Speaker

I use debian with /xfce on Thinkpad X220 and when I click mute button I mute Master and Speaker in ALSA. When I click it again it unmutes master, but doesn't unmute speaker, which causes that I have no sound.
