If I understand correctly, in boot time the kernel will mount initramfs and then calls /sbin/init from it(which is a symbolic link to /lib/systemd/systemd on Fedora/RHEL systems) and dracut itself hasn't any binary included in initramfs.
So why dracut.cmdline (7) says:
In the following all kernel command line parameters, which are
processed by dracut, are described.
Do really dracut will process the boot parameters like root=nfs: ...? or actually they are just kernel/modules or systemd parameters?
Do that parameters are specific only to distributions which using dracut?
