Network problem on ESXi Server

I have multiple virtual machines on a server runnig esxi. Today i've created a new virtual machine on this server, runnig centos.I've tried to setup up the network, but at the final step it says i must restart the network with this command systemctl restart network. Would this action affect network at the rest of the virtual machine or this command will affect only my new created VM? I'm a noob in this area and i want to learn more. Sorry if this is a dumb question
