win8 and Linux mint Both OS are deleted from hard disk

I have windows 8 in my PC and I install Linux mint. unfortunately I delete both OS from my PC now when I want to install Linux mint it shows no drive partition on my hard drive but in Live-CD i can see them and use my data now how to i secure my data and install window 8 or Linux mint...
