X resources for keboard layout in ~/.Xresources

I am looking to define the keyboard layout in the ~/.Xresources file.

I tried many variants such as:

Xkb.layout: blah,blah

Xkbgroup: ctrl_shift_toggle

Xkboption.grp_led: scroll

but without success.
