Fedora: Failed to connect to download1.rpmfusion.org port 80: Connection refused

I am getting this kind of error whenever I am trying to download something, such as vmware player or adobe reader or any other package, with the only difference being the name of the site.

I checked on the forums and there I read that this would not be there if I disable the IPv6 connection. So I did it with following commands :

root@localhost ~]# vi /etc/default/grub

# line 6 : add like follows
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="ipv6.disable=1 rd.lvm.lv=fedora/swap rd.md=0....."

# reload
[root@localhost ~]# grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg

[root@localhost ~]# reboot 

But the problem still remains the same. I am getting the same error. What would be a possible solution for this?
