linux centos graph and data usage problem in client management

i have change my linux centos few days back and i am running small isp in my area, after i changed the os, in my AAA software every thing working properly but client side when i download file from ftp server, the data usage wont get added in client data usage and client graph also wont show any usage,but browsing usage shows both in data usage and graph on client side.. even when ftp download file didn't show on client side graph on server side graph it show the downloading speed and data usage.. i don't know what is the problem, are i missed something, please help me as soon as possible..
