Problem with downloading snort rules

I have a problem with downloading new rules via pulledpork.

After using command :

pulledpork.pl -c /etc/snort/pulledpork.conf -T -vv

I get an error:

When I'm trying to download rules using web it works

Pulledpork:

pulledpork.pl -V PulledPork v0.7.0 - Swine Flu!

I don't know where is the problem....

I check my oinkcode and everything is good.
