how to tell chrony to syncrhonize time with specific server periodically

In Windows, somewhere in settings, I can check "Synchronize with Internet time server" checkbox, add ip-address (say 10.20.30.40) and that's it.

How can I do something similar with chrony? I've opened /etc/chrony.conf, added server 10.20.30.40 line, is it enough?
