Putty not asking for Two Factor Authentication Code

I'm running a CentOS 7 server.

So I've installed Two Factor Authentication with Google Authenticator a while back and all was well. However I can't access my server at the moment over SSH.

PuTTY and WinSCP don't ask for the Verification Code anymore.

How can I fix this? I've already tried rebooting the server which didn't help.

My server is self hosted btw so I can access it offline.
