Terminal Command

I found the below command on my MacBook Air OS X 10.9.5. Command: ec2-54-174-17-62.compute-1.amazonaws .com Can someone tell me what it means. Also why and how the command was in terminal. Fyi, My mac is also used by other family memebers. Thanks.
