I have downloaded the sqljdbc4.jar file which enables connecting to SQL Server via jdbc. I currently have this in a personal folder whilst I've been testing connectivity.
I'm hoping to put this file somewhere that enables all users on the server to use it via R.
/etc/ is probably a very bad idea!
Is /usr/local/bin the right place or is there a different, more best practice location to store it?
