Where to find Elo touch Calibration data in Ubuntu 12.04

I have installed Elo Touch drive on Ubuntu version 12.0 64 bit. After touching targets shown on the screen I have tested the touchscreen and it was not as precise as I wanted.

I wanted to see the calibration data (Xmin,Xmax,Ymin and YMax)but I couldn't find it anywhere on my system.

In the documentation it is mentioned that the calibration data is written to the driver at the end of calibration.
