Yum not resovling dependencies - CentOS7, 64 bit

New install of Centos 7 - I'm trying to compile MySQL's workbench from source, but my version of Yum refuses to resolve dependencies.

I've Googled and tried everything I found there, but to no avail. Are there any settings/versions/ issues that I should know about - i.e. is there some obvious setting that I should tweak - I've tried all the obscure stuff.

I'm more of a DBA really and am wondering if I've missed something blindingly obvious.
